3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways.
  • Once an order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Delivery usually takes 3-10 days, depending on your location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Exchanges & Returns

  • Returns: All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has been processed and confirmed. We do not accept returns.
  • Exchanges:

If you're not satisfied with the fit of your purchase, we offer an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

  • Customers are required to courier the product back to us at their own expense.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement product at our cost.

Damaged or worn products are not eligible for exchange.

  • All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of Desire Jewellery and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.
