Typically delivered within 3–7 working days.
Products are shipped out within 1-4 working days, unless a different shipping timeline is mentioned on the product page.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Not right now. We’re currently advance payment only to keep things smooth and secure.
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with video of package opening and photos of the parcel and product. We’ll sort it out right away.

Returns & Exchange
Do you accept returns or cancellations?
No. All sales are final and we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order is confirmed.
Can I exchange a product if it doesn’t fit me well?
Yes. Exchange are allowed within 3 calendar days from the delivery date, but only if the product is available in stock.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of equal value, or wait until the product is restocked.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Who covers the shipping costs for exchanges?
Customers must ship the product back to us at their own cost. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send the replacement product to you at our cost.
What condition should the product be in for exchange approval?
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. After inspection, we will approve or reject the exchange request.
